Your team has been promised AI. We make it true.

TrueMake is a consulting company for systems integration and AI enablement. We connect the platforms and sites your business runs, implement with AI so your team is testing a working version early, and stay on to support your team's AI adoption after go-live. Adoption is the goal. Everything else is in service of it.

We implement CRM, ERP and finance systems hands-on, such as HubSpot and NetSuite, connect them through integration platforms like Celigo, and build with Claude, Claude Code and MCP. Our own platform was built the same way.

The problem

Three sentences we hear every week

From founders, operations leads and engineering managers at companies with more process than people. Each one has a cost, and each one has a practical answer.

We bought the AI licences. Nobody uses them.

A chat window on its own has nothing to work with. It cannot see your customers, your calendar or your numbers, so people stop opening it.

What it costs: a subscription, and the hours it was meant to save.

The same customer is typed into three systems.

AI built on data that disagrees with itself produces confident nonsense. The plumbing has to be fixed before anything clever goes on top.

What it costs: wrong invoices, and nobody trusting the numbers.

Three months in and we still haven't seen it work.

Requirements, workshops, a build nobody can look at, then a big reveal that is wrong in ways you could have told them on day two. By go-live the team has stopped caring.

What it costs: the budget, and the adoption that was the whole point.

How we implement

You click through a working version early, not at the end

We build with AI, so the slowest part of implementation shrinks: the gap between agreeing what you want and seeing it run. You test early on your own records, we change it in front of you, and your team is using it before the project is "finished".

1

Scope it on a call

Which process, which systems hold the data, who uses it. We write the success criteria before any building starts.

You getA one-page criteria document to sign
2

First working slice

Built with Claude Code in a sandbox: the real flow, real fields, your real records copied in. Rough edges, but it runs.

You getA link to click through, not a slide deck
3

Your team tests it

The people who will use it try it on their own work. What is wrong gets changed quickly, often while you watch.

You getA better version, and a say in what changes
4

Connect, train, measure

Wired to live systems behind the sandbox checks. The team is trained on it, and we count who is actually using it.

You getAdoption numbers, not a demo
5

Sign off against the criteria

Each outcome ticked against evidence. The next phase starts from something in use, not from a plan.

You getA system your team already relies on

After go-live

What "in daily use" looks like once it is running

A working day from our own business, where TrueMake's agents run against live records. The agent prepares. A person approves. Nothing leaves without a signature.

  1. 07:30Morning brief lands: today's meetings, what came in overnight, the three tasks that slipped yesterdayagent
  2. 09:05Client call ends. Notes become tasks, time entries and a project note in the tracker, as draftsagent
  3. 09:20Reads the drafts, fixes one estimate, approves the restperson
  4. 11:40Inbox triaged. Two replies drafted with the right customer record pulled in from the CRMagent
  5. 11:50Edits one reply, sends bothperson
  6. 16:45Day's hours booked to projects. Friday's invoice drafted from the booked timeagent
  7. 17:00Signs off the invoiceperson
Every write goes through a connector that enforces the business's rules on the server.Audit trail on each change.

What we do

Integration, AI enablement, and the implementation that joins them

Integration makes your systems agree with each other. Enablement puts AI to work on top of them, with support that continues after go-live. Implementation is how both arrive: built with AI, tested by your team early, judged on whether people use it.

Integration between your systems

Your CRM, ERP, finance system, website and the tools around them share one version of the truth, without retyping.

Record-level syncs between systems and sites, with field mappings written down, edge cases decided up front, and every flow run in a sandbox before it touches production.

  • CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • ERP and finance systems such as NetSuite
  • Integration platforms like Celigo, plus REST APIs and webhooks
  • Websites, forms and workspace tools such as Google Workspace
  • Sandbox-to-production cutover

AI enablement, with support that stays

Your people open Claude because it can see their work and do something about it, and someone is there when it needs adjusting.

Connectors into the systems your team uses every day, skills written for their actual tasks, rules enforced server-side, and hands-on training on their own work. Then ongoing support: a named person, regular check-ins, and changes as use grows.

  • Team onboarding and training
  • Connectors to your CRM, ERP, accounts, calendar and mail
  • Ongoing support and tuning after go-live
  • Usage rules and an audit trail

AI-accelerated implementation and custom software

CRM, ERP and software projects where your team is testing from the start, not at the end.

We use Claude Code and connectors to get to a first working version early, then iterate with the people who will use it. Internal tools, portals and web apps built for production and handed over with the code.

  • CRM and ERP rollouts, such as HubSpot and NetSuite
  • Custom tools built on React, FastAPI and PostgreSQL
  • Working slice early in the engagement
  • Adoption measured, not assumed

Agents with a person in the loop

The repetitive work is drafted before you sit down. You review and approve.

Scheduled agents that prepare the morning brief, triage the inbox, turn meetings into records, book time and draft invoices. They draft. Your team decides. Only then does anything get sent or saved.

  • Scheduled routines
  • Draft, review, approve
  • Works across your mail, calendar, CRM and ERP

Our standard

Four things we always do

Not a process diagram. These are the rules we run our own business by, and the reason an engagement ends with something in use rather than something in a slide.

1

Criteria before building

Every phase starts with a short document you sign: each outcome, how it is measured, and the evidence that closes it. "Done" is never an opinion.

2

Something to test early

You click through a working version on your own records well before the end, and keep doing so as it grows. If it cannot be shown, it is not progress.

3

Sandbox and a signature before production

Everything runs end to end on real records in a sandbox first. Agents draft and people approve, and that rule lives in the connector, not the prompt.

4

Handover you can run without us

Code, connectors and a runbook written for whoever maintains it next. Ongoing support is available, never required.

Founder

We implement with AI because we have already built with it

TrueMake is run by Tendai Musendo, a software engineer and integration consultant who works hands-on in the systems he implements: CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot and NetSuite, integration platforms like Celigo, and workspace tools such as Google Workspace, configured and connected himself rather than handed to a partner.

He also used AI to build the platform this business runs on: a work tracker with its own MCP connectors, so Claude can read and update projects, time and customer records under the same rules a person would follow. That is the method every client engagement gets. AI does the heavy lifting, and someone who knows the software checks every piece of it.

If an agent cannot be trusted to work inside our own books, it is not ready to work inside yours.

Start

Start with one process.

Tell us the task that eats the most hours in your week. We will say plainly whether an agent can take it, what it would need to be connected to, and what the first two weeks would look like.
